Read moreCayenne is undoubtedly the number one hotel downtown, it received for this reason many awards elsewhere. In the centre of a large garden and by the ocean, none view it however. All have a bathtub, adjustable air conditioning, wi-fi, TV, and facilities. The decoration is however nonexistent, except for a few plastic bouquets of flowers in the most expensive rooms. The restaurant is one of the most famous of the city and its grilled fish are delicious. Opportunities for sightseeing in the department.
