LE BISTROT DE GAETAN

Gaëtan and his wife (French people who lived in Tahiti) offer in this small brewery what is today considered one of the best tables at decent prices in Santiago. Rabbit with mustard, duck breast with honey, trout meunière, shrimps flambéed in pastis, homemade foie gras terrine, beef bourguignon... the French terroir has made the trip to the Chilean captain and it's all good! Crowded every noon and every evening, on the terrace or inside (reservation more than recommended)
