The unsinkable café-restaurant of Jean-Jacques, a Frenchman settled in Mamallapuram for 25 years, welcomes you in Othavadai Street. It serves French and Indian cuisine at reasonable prices. Pancakes, roast chicken and French fries, beef filet, chocolate cake: everything is good! The quality of the dishes is constant and the Indian specialties are delicately spiced. You can even taste shark if the fishing of the day allows it. It is a place not to be missed and many travelers do not miss it.

Un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Malheureusement, il y avait des plats sur la carte qui n'étaient pas servis, comme par exemple le gâteau au chocolat.

Le restaurant tenu par Jacques est devenu le lieu de rendez vous des voyageurs qui passent par Mamallapuram. La cuisine y est excellente et le service plus que sympathique.
