Located near the beach, Chinese fishing nets and Saint-François church, the Dutch Bungalow is a magnificent and charming hotel. Built in 1668 by the Dutch East India Company, this building known as the Crystal Palace passed into British hands in 1796 and was used by the British for their navy. Then the property became private in 1874. Spacious and elegant, the 14 rooms have kept their old-fashioned charm but still enjoy all the modern comforts. Very good restaurant, open to non-residents, and permanent swimming pool. For those who appreciate beauty and calm.
