This pretty green house near the historic centre has 3 spacious rooms with private showers (hot water) and windows with mosquito nets. The whole is clean and friendly. In order to feel at home, the kitchen access is free and you have wifi. Kumar, the owner, will give you the best welcome.

J'ai séjourné à deux reprises dans ce homestay 6 semaines en décembre/janvier 2014 et 5 semaines en avril/mai. Kumar est super, les chambres sont propres et très bien entretenues. L'endroit est super calme bien qu'étant tout proche du centre ville. Recommande chaudement pour tout et surtout le rapport qualité/prix.

Very clean and well-maintained place; with a few steps from the fishing Nets and Princess Street. The person who is responsible for the guest house is very friendly and helpful and especially a trustworthy. Thanks to its recommendations our stay with Kochi it is super last.
