CVN Kalari Sangham is the largest kalarippayatt centre in Trivandrum. This Kerala martial art is practiced with bamboos, sticks or swords and has a religious and medical dimension (an Ayurvedic centre is located above the training room). Possibility to attend the athletes' training and preparation, in the morning between 6:30 am and 8:30 am (closed on Sundays, no photos allowed). The training is a kind of dance that requires a lot of flexibility and involves very impressive jumps of amplitude.
