SIVANANDA ASHRAM

This ashram, founded by Swami Sivananda, attracts visitors from all over the world. The program includes Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, meditation, chanting, devotions, etc. There are no fixed fees; the ashram operates on a donation basis at the discretion of the disciples. Another Sivananda Ashram is located in southern Kerala. The disciples are subjected to a strict discipline that promotes concentration and self-development. Here you will also chant the famous Maha Mantra: Hare Rama hare Rama, Rama Rama hare hare, hare Krishna hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna hare hare.
