MISSION AND MOTHER TERESA'S HOUSE

It is the headquarters of the Missionaries of Charity, an order founded by Mother Teresa. This is where her tomb is located. Nearby, a museum recounts her life and displays objects that belonged to her. Passing through the inner courtyard, you come to another building. Mother Teresa's room was upstairs. Everything has been preserved as it was, but it is forbidden to visit the room. However, through a grate, you can see the modest room where she lived and died in 1997.
