This is an ambitious project for the region: we can only laud the initiative of Enrique and his team to build this place. The latter is meant to be hybrid: exhibition space, cinema, restaurant and cookery school! It also has a few rooms for travellers. You will particularly remember the quality of the table, probably one of the best in the city, where you can enjoy cuisine from here and elsewhere. They include, of course, Moroccan specialties but also some Spanish dishes. You can dine either in the spacious dining room or on the terrace by the pool. We highly recommend the tasting menu, a treat!
