About twenty kilometers south of Tahanaout. Embedded in the circus of Tamarout at 1,200 m altitude, Asni has no particular interest except for a souk on Saturday morning, where farmers from neighboring hamlets come to sell or barter their products and crafts. However, it offers a peaceful setting, surrounded by the High Atlas Mountains. In the past, Asni was the starting point for excursions to Mount Toubkal, but it is now being abandoned in favour of Imlil, which is developing. From Marrakech, you will find large taxis at the Sidi Mimoun station to Asni, but also an Alsa bus line.
