The place is full of people and activities from all walks of life: just over 3,000 members aged 3 to 90 meet regularly and there are more than 80 different activities, from the laughter workshop during Qi Gong or Yoga, including prenatal and postnatal with a baby (when you are told that it is for everyone!), from ballroom dances to Norman folk dances, from role-playing to computer games, through Wednesdays for leisure, learning a language (Japanese or Russian, for example), music, singing, theatre, plastic arts and even cooking or oenology. The prices are very reasonable, and the courses are easy to access. What we like about this animation centre is that it has kept a mixture of genres, sharing and human intelligence where every desire can be fulfilled, at any age and where the "I" is combined with pride. The desire and pleasure of learning have no limits here. It’s really nice and reassuring.
