Restaurant with a terrace in Caen using fresh, seasonal, and local products.
In the heart of the Vaugueux, its setting and its magnificent terrace are already superb. But it is the plate which interests us! Fresh, seasonal and for many local products, presented with care. On the menu of Arthur, the new chef, the Norman products are highlighted (apples, Camembert, oysters of Asnelles...), and sublimated by spices and exotic flavors. We ate very well there, we loved their Baba au Calvados from the farm of the Sapinière. The service is perfect, reactive and attentive. Bravo Anne and Guillaume, this restaurant is really a place apart.

Peu d'assaisonement. Où sont les goûts ?
40€ le menu, cela interroge...
Désolé que le repas ne vous ait pas convenus. Mais je pense que nous avons discuté assez longuement pendant le service et il aurait été préférable de nous préciser toutes ces remarques en direct que nous puissions modifier ou changer vos plats....une fois devant l'écran c'est plus compliqué.
