Canaglia is a pizzeria with a relaxed Italian atmosphere, located in the center of Caen. You'll discover delicious pizzas with an Italian flavour. Here, the dough is homemade according to Neapolitan know-how. It's worth noting that the owner attended the prestigious AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) training course in Naples to master the art of local pizza-making. As for the products used, they are fresh, of the highest quality and sourced from the Botte region. On Canaglia's menu, you'll find a wide choice of pizzas including Calzone, Parmigiana and Queen Tartufo. Vegetarian options are also featured. What's more, at Canaglia you can enjoy other pasta dishes such as Linguine al Tartufo, Gnocchi pancetta e gorgonzola or carbonara Italiana. Sandwiches and platters of cold cuts, burrata and focaccia are also available. A good pizza address to remember!

Petite déception sur la quantité du plat servi, pâtes à la truffe, vraiment insuffisante.
Ce que je ne comprends pas c'est que nous avons attendu 20 minutes pour prendre notre commande.
Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois même avant l'agrandissement mais maintenant c'est terminé !
Les plats arriveront rapidement, +1 pour la lasagne, la pizza napolitaine n’est pas en reste….croûte haute et molle à souhait, un régal !
Nous ne resterons pas plus longtemps pour prendre un dessert, malheureusement table située en plein courant d’air….Pour les frileux, n’hésitez pas à réserver dans la verrière, évitez la grande salle le long de la porte et des vitres.
Je recommande cet établissement pour les fans de Napolitaine.
