Critiquer après coup est un art. La mauvaise foi aussi .
A titre indicatif, le bouillon sort à 80 degrés et la semoule est cuite à la vapeur d’eau bouillante à plus de 100 degrés. Et de surcroît servis dans des assiettes chaudes !!!!
Il manque peut-être un peu d épices.
Pour la déco c'est léger pour se sentir en Orient.
