Label Rouge de Cherbourg smoked salmon crumble (very fine), frog's leg (owl)! Fresh duck liver poached in red wine (great), mille feuilles with apples and andouilles with black olive cream, baba revisited with calvados and orange iced nougat or individual Norwegian omelette.
