Micha Mchedliani (+995 91 13 80 22) and his brother Mérabi (+995 95 400 311) are excellent mountain guides of Mestia. They will take you where you want for a reasonable rate to be negotiated according to the duration and difficulty of the route. They speak some English and have a great knowledge of the mountains, nature and the region.

Guiorgui Kherguiani (+995 58 38 00 06) is another excellent guide to Mestia

Tourism association that syndicates most of the high mountain guides in the region. The center organizes tours, guided hikes, mountaineering outings. Possibility to obtain maps; also to book a tour online. The site in English is very well done: you can choose the language of your guide, the number of days of hiking, walking or horseback riding... A must if you want to do seriously mountain climbing as it is being prepared.
