KARASHVILI S WINE CELLAR

A fully clothed brick cellar and an excellent place to test Georgian wines. The managers will guide you in your choices and the "samples" tested and poured are very generous. The wines come from the wine region of Kakhetia. Your hosts will explain that wine has been produced here for six hundred years, exactly since 1396. You will have the opportunity to taste eleven different kinds of wine, so if you don't want to zigzag out of the cellar, remember to drink it at the same time. The wine can be enjoyed without thirst, to the accompaniment of a piano melody.
