THEATRE DRAMATIQUE RUSSE

(ДРАМАТИЧЕСКИЙ РУССКИЙ РУССКИЙ). A stage where classical and modern works in Russian are performed: various genres, for various audiences, from eccentric comedy to three-act drama. Chekhov and Shakespeare are regularly performed here. The theatre has its own troupe of actors. Russian and international artists are regularly invited on the stage of Russian dramatic theatre. The museum traces the exceptional history of the institution: it is the oldest professional theatre in Buryatia.
