Welcome to Strasbourg, the capital of Europe! In this great Alsatian city on a human scale, tradition, gastronomy, the vestiges of the past and the avant-garde of modernity rub shoulders. Constantly being redesigned, Strasbourg invites you to (re)discover, notably its new Place de l'Étoile district with the Cité de la Danse et de la Musique, its Strasbourg-Kehl axis with the Cité du livre, the Cité Gutenberg, its European Parliament, the more recent Palais des Droits de l'Homme and, last but not least, its Zenith with its eclectic, high-quality program. The Christmas Market attracts almost 2 million tourists every year between the end of November and the end of December.
