On the first floor of the Palais Rohan, the Museum of Fine Arts invites you to discover European painting from the late Middle Ages to 1870. The works are hung by genre (portraits, still lifes...). The periods are easier to discern with the introduction of a colour code for each historical period (blue for the baroque, pink for the mid-18th century...). The most famous names can be found side by side: Botticelli, Raphael, Rubens or Goya. Don't miss La Belle Strasbourgeoise de Largillière, undoubtedly one of the most appreciated works. Please note: every first Saturday of the month, the museum's reserves are open to everyone.
Closed on January 1st, Good Friday, May 1st, November 1st and 11th, December 25th. Open from Wednesday to Monday from 10am to 6pm. Free for children up to 18 years old. Adult: €6.50 (reduced €3.50). Tourism & Disability Label. Guided tour. Shop. Animations.
