Agence peu réactive.
Notre volet roulant s'est cassé, il a ete réparé 5 mois après notre signalement...pas top en pleine canicule...
Depuis rien ne va, nous subissons beaucoup de pression de leur part.

Go your way!!! This agency is very poor to be polite!!
Explanation:
- no hot water- 1 month to change 1! room of the water heater
- glasses of WCs screwed then not even broken then change after 1 months!
- electricity which jumps just 2 lit lights
- be battered
- key no of mailbox after 1 month 1/2
- 1 month 1/2 to have a copy of the lease which is not freshly conformity elsewhere! The agency would have apparently have sent me a copy in a mailbox of that I do not have the key elsewhere and nobody knows which is mine
- I currently live in 50kms rented flat, I gave the breadths apart to the agency not to have to go me for work of electricity and hot water. The agency took advantage of this to do work on two windows without my agreement!

I have paid a rent for 2 months for nothing! It is uninhabitable!
Very unpleasant people at the reception
Nobody at the desk inefficient!
