The concept? Restaurants entrust their kitchens to refugee chefs from all over the world! This event takes place all over France every year, notably in Strasbourg in June. Among the establishments that have opened their doors: Pur Etc, Le Mandala or La Ruche aux deux Reines. Beyond the festival, the association develops activities that support the professional integration of refugees through cooking.
