Establishment offering a house specialty with grilled meats, burgers
This nice establishment has built a beautiful reputation due to its superb selection of meat from the world. It's in a contemporary and elegant setting that you are offered creative recipes and original flavors associations like the heater liver accompanied by a veloted corn and cranberry, the Caesar Caesar salad, the fine gravel salmon ravioli, and Jaik's spices. Pure. But the specialty of the house is the meat pieces (from 300 g to 400 g) cooked at grill: Herford net of New Zealand, perched with beef Black Angus of the USA, intern walnuts of Argentina, calf tab served with chorizo Iberico… Viandards will be set to two to attack the Gran Parillada formula (700 g or 1 kg) composed of various pieces of accompanied beef of 3 sauces and linings at choice. There are also generous burgers, delicious fish and pasta dishes and other risottos. The Piano and Royal menus are advantageous to taste new flavors. At noon, the formula is interesting and in the evening the chef's suggestions appear on the slate. Desserts are refined and very nicely presented. The reception is always charming and smiling. The Piano Grill: one of the favorite addresses of the Petit Futé in Strasbourg!
