ART MUSEUM

In the 1870s, the Mayor of Irkutsk, V. Sukhachev, opened an art gallery. It soon became one of the city's main attractions. The Museum of Fine Arts now houses the collection, which is also spread over two other sites: the Siberian Art Gallery and the Sukhachev Mansion. Here you will admire treasures of religious art, Russian works from the 17th to the 20th century, and also paintings by Soviet painters. To the delight of art lovers!
