On the banks of the Ienisseï, between the Arc de Triomphe and Ploshad Mira. The largest concert hall in Siberia. The seasons are rich: dance, classical music, various shows presenting Russian and international artists and ensembles. Events for adults and children, sometimes very original such as experimental concerts in the dark. Several formations work there in residence, including the Siberian Percussion Group or the Siberian Philharmonic Orchestra.
