At the foot of the slopes, the snow-covered mountains, inside a very chic (but warm) chalet, a fire crackles in the fireplace. You admire the set elements of the homonymous Soviet film, The Taiga Master (1968). A la carte, "twisted" Siberian specialities. A fine selection of grilled fish, caviar, meat and game. Desserts as pretty as they are delicious. Homemade vodka tasting sets (including horseradish). A luxurious address without being pompous.
