They flourish everywhere, these establishments, surfing on the trend of organic and/or local food. At the Ferme du Village (little sister of the Grande Ferme in Fontenay-le-Marmion), you will therefore only find local products and extra vouchers. Special mention for brands such as Moulin de Thibo and Caro (flours, gingerbread, preparations for madeleines...) or the Ferme de la Moissonnière and its famous cheese Fervaques (cousin of Livarot). And that’s not to mention the vegetables and fruits (apples smell as soon as they enter the store!), the meat (the pork comes from Bretteville-sur-Laize, for example), the Ornamental creamery, and of course, the cider. Notice to amateurs!
