This centre is a wealth of information that is very rich on the country, easily usable by the files and data banks made available to researchers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Card of library FCFA 10,000/year for the expatriates, FCFA 8,000/year for the Chadian civils servant and FCFA 4,000/year for the students. Temporary subscriptions (5 days) also exist. Library open from 9am to 2.30pm Monday, from 8am to 2.30pm Tuesday and Thursday, from 8am to 12.30pm Wednesday and from 8am to 11.30am Friday.
