The Hawiyat Najam Park is home to a curious natural round-shaped abyss, about 20 metres deep and 40 metres wide. It is fed underground by water from the mountains, but also from the nearby sea. Its exact origin is not known, but is believed to be the result of the combined action of water and erosion, although the ancients like to say that the hole was dug by the fall of a piece of star. A staircase goes down to the heart of the abyss and makes it possible to bathe in limpid salt water.

Endroit très original, accessible par un escalier, un trou d'eau à l'eau turquoise ... Baignade rapide, dans une eau turquoise, la vue du haut est impressionnante. Site gratuit, aménagé (aire de jeux, toilette ... ), une étape dans un circuit,

Au retour du Wadi Shab , petit arrêt au Sink Hole, trou assez impressionnant ou l'on peut se baigner après une descende d'escalier au marche assez haute (dur surtout à remonter !). Pour ma part un arrêt d'1/2h. est suffisant sauf si vous désirez vous y baigner et passer l'après midi dans un trou :-) . Personnellement, les "Wadi" sont beaucoup plus agréable pour y passer la journée.

Sur la route logeant la mer, en direction de Sour, au milieu d'un park aménagé un trou d'au moins 20m : on y descend par un escalier et l'on peut s'y baigner. Eau salée et petits poissons qui vous "grignotent" dès que l'on met les pieds au bord. Rafraîchissant .
