The best hotels Sur

The Sur Plaza is the best hotel in the region, without question. That doesn't excuse it for being a little sad, with its facade of small rectangular windows and H-shape that can't find a way to have rooms with a pool view, except over the restaurant's wind tunnels. While you're at it, avoid the keys on the expressway side of the 92 rooms, which are comfortable and have everything a 3-star hotel needs for a good night's sleep (air-conditioning, TV, mini bar, bathroom). Also: 2 restaurants, including one on the poolside terrace, gym.

It's the dry hostel, but we'll make do with it, because it looks like it's actually on the podium in Sur. On the other side of the "Eiffel" bridge, a 6-storey building with bronze reflections leans against a rocky spur and offers, on one of its sides, a plunging view of the waters of the lagoon. A room on the fourth or fifth floor of the hotel's 43 rooms can be booked there. For shisher and dinner with a view of the water, choose between the restaurant on the second floor or the Sahari, just a stone's throw away, the largest outdoor terrace in Sur.
