This festival takes place every year and occurs in two different locations: Al Amerat Park on Highway 17 towards Al Amerat in the south-east of the city, and Seeb, Al Naseem Park, at the northern end of the city. This event focuses mainly on Oman's traditional and cultural past with the revival of a typical village, as well as foreign cultures with performances of international artists in a place that wants meetings and entertainment. In the programme: local crafts, folklore dances, theatre, concerts, rides, local and international cuisine, daily fireworks… If the opportunity is given to go to Muscat at this time, don't hesitate to go to the festival because it is a time and a privileged place to observe the lives of Omani people with family and friends: a day of discovery, a veritable showcase of the country and its riches!
