In the small village of Soajo, in the north-west of the park, the Saber Ao Borralho welcomes you in a typical setting of the Minho region to enjoy a meal with multiple regional and Portuguese flavours. The portions are generous, the dishes are mainly made up of pieces of meat accompanied by vegetables or starches (disappointment for vegetarians). The desserts are succulent and offer to end the meal on a sweet note. Good wines, a quality and smiling service, do not hesitate to stop here.

Lurdes Capela, in the heart of the national park, not far from the thermal baths park, is a good restaurant to enjoy Portuguese and regional cuisine. The portions are generous and the products are highlighted in the plate, not denatured. You will be offered fresh whole fish, pieces of meat, accompanied by potatoes, rice, and/or finely seasoned vegetables. The few a la carte desserts (such as the caramelized flan) are a nice finishing touch to the meal. The wines have been well selected to accompany the meal. Pleasant service.
