Open for 30 years, the Salpoente is installed in old renovated salt deposits, the two red houses of the edge of the canal make their effect. In spite of the gigantic space of the service room, one manages to keep a little intimacy thanks to a warm decoration. The products of the region (eels, oysters, fish of the coast, marinhoa meat...) are cooked with a lot of refinement and the traditional dishes are revisited thanks to the creativity and the dynamism of a young team. A vegetarian menu is also available. Service with the small care.
