Penacova is a small village 22 kilometres from Coimbra on the IP3 towards Viseu. You will contemplate the splendid view of the Rio Mondego which will perhaps give the most daring the legitimate desire to go down the river in a kayak. In Penacova, nestled between the mountains and the valley of the Mondego River, there is a great biodiversity that can be observed from its many viewpoints.
