A cluster of narrow streets, a few small white pavilions around a main street and then the cliffs, the beach, the ocean and a breathtaking landscape! Take the fishermen's paths and access the coves via steep paths on the shale escarpments: it's the only way to get to the small beaches accessible only at low tide. In winter, Zambujeira do Mar has a population of 850. In August, everything changes: the small village hosts the biggest music festival in the country, with Daft Punk and Ben Harper all performing here!
