Obtaining an Indian visa in Kabul is a matter for the combatant. One must first take a path to the embassy. The road shall be cut off from circulation: You must stop at the roundabout, spend several check points with excavations and walk along the street to the embassy, which is located in front of a small complex dedicated to Afghan crafts.

The keys, the wallet and the mobile phone, then, have to be downloaded (a laundry in the artisans'lane is responsible for storing them for a handful of afghani), so that they can enter the embassy. Beware, security personnel are rather muscular and far from being kind.
