French bistro cuisine with Portuguese specialties facing the Belém garden.
Located close to the famous "pasteis" of Belém. The welcome is very warm and, what's more, in French, as Nicole and Gilles are two former owners of brasseries in Paris. The menu is based on French bistro cuisine, with authentic bavette à l'échalote and confit de canard, but also offers Portuguese specialties made with fresh local produce and a clever blend of flavors: cod(bacalhau), grilled sardines, octopus and sautéed pork with clams(carne de porco à alentejana). The ideal place for a break.

Très bons plats
Un restaurant tenu par des français avec un subtil mélange de saveurs portugaises. Le porc au chorizo est un régal, de même que les beignets en amuse-bouche.

The staff were very helpful and the staff were very helpful. The kitchen is excellent. The cod doughnuts are superb. Chewing pork is also excellent. Thank you for everything.
