This church built in the Gothic style between 1468 and 1547, hosts many tombs including those of the Nassau family
On the central square of Breda, the Grote Markt, stands the most important and famous monument of the city, the Church of Our Lady. The church was built in the Gothic style between 1468 and 1547 and was recently lavishly renovated. The 97 m high tower is superb and its carillon consists of 49 bells. The interior of the church contains many tombs, including those of the Nassau family, the most imposing being the tomb of Englebert II of Nassau.
