François Geurds is probably the chef who best embodies the city of Rotterdam and its diversity. This restaurant is a culinary laboratory born from the imagination of François, a true gifted cook. We go there for a total experience in the superb setting of the Hofbogen, the old vaults of the Hofplein station. This place is simply phenomenal and if you can afford it, don't hesitate! Specify if you want a vegetarian or other menu. The setting is relaxed and modern, you won't forget!
