Located close to Leidseplein, one of the most lively districts of the city, this hotel offers a warm and warm welcome. Simplicity and conviviality are the watchwords of Pascale and Rick, who make every effort to make everyone feel at home. If it is not yet reserved, ask the ground floor room, which has a beautiful veranda with special charm. All other rooms have a balcony. The decor is sober. To note, Rick, the owner, speaks French fluently.

We were on the fifth floor and those stairs are STEEP, however the staff was very friendly and helped carry all of our luggage up/down the stairs for us.
The locations is perfect! Just around the corner from several coffeeshops restaurants and bars (as well as a small bar downstairs), and a two minute walk from the tram station.
It is definitely noisy at night but that’s what a stay in the city will get you, the hotel had complementary ear plugs that came in handy and the bed was so comfy we didn’t mind!
