One of the most reliable values on the north shore of the city. Responsible and very veggie cuisine and a superb setting with an urban beach.
Pllek is the first of a long series of "coup de coeur" addresses in the northern district. Ten years ago, the space was loaned by the city to develop a temporary, sustainable project in the heart of NDSM, where a shipyard once stood. The ambiance, industrial and urban, is unprecedented, and the beach right on the terrace is well worth the trip. The cuisine, 75% vegetarian, is inspired and the ingredients are mostly locally produced and of good quality. Unfortunately, Pllek will have to leave the premises soon, although she has been given a reprieve.

L'aventure Pllek commence dès la traversée avec le bac : découverte du port, puis on s'égare un peu dans le quartier industriel, se demandant ce qu'on peut bien y trouver, pour découvrir le combiné de containers colorés du Pllek...le voyage culinaire peut commencer.
C'est un vrai coup de cœur, tant au niveau de la déco, du service, de la vue que de la cuisine. Les meilleurs frites du monde (et c'est à peine exagéré) sont au Pllek ! Bref, si vous êtes à Amsterdam, ne manquez pas d'y faire un (dé)tour.
