Quality French cuisine in a restaurant located in the northern district of Amsterdam, opposite the Central Station.

This very French restaurant is located in Amsterdam's northern district, on the other side of Central Station. The large breakfast room, a former garage in the heart of an industrial zone, is surprisingly spacious. It can accommodate large groups in a convivial atmosphere. The cuisine is top-notch, but the place won't appeal to those who like a cozy, hushed atmosphere. In case you're thinking of spending the night here, this place isn't a hotel - the name is just a nod to Brel's famous song Les Bourgeois.
