This delicious French-style bakery is part of the Boatshed Gallery. It is an institution in Knysna, run by Austrian Markus Farbinger, considered a flour wizard in South Africa! The service is excellent and what can I say about the pastries, the croissants like at home and the delicious breakfasts beautifully presented. Everything is hot from the oven and different types of bread are freshly baked daily. You can enjoy it on the quiet shaded terrace or inside, or take it away.
