The little town is almost halfway along the road between Johannesburg and Cape Town. Many motorists stop here for the night, as did hunters, adventurers and businessmen in the past, when the road between the two cities was endless and tiring. The Cape Dutch and Georgian style dominates the local architecture. We'll take a look at the Horse Mill located at Coach House, one of the last remaining animal powered mills. This region is one of the most isolated in the country, many farmers raise their herds in peace, including merino sheep (for wool) and horses. A sort of African Far West.
