Beluga is the name of a large grain caviar that can be ordered in this renowned restaurant in Cape Town. Very fashionable, he has already welcomed Bill Clinton, Samuel L. Jackson and Tiger Woods. Situé dans un ancien entrepôt, le restaurant offre un cadre moderne et une cuisine de bonne qualité. J’ai apprécié les calamars épicés accompagnés de légumes croustillants et la sauce à la cacahuète, le poisson de ligne (que j’ai préféré accompagné de citron au lieu du beurre blanc) avec sa purée et ses légumes ; pour finir une crème brûlée à la vanille. Service sympathique et diligent. On aime l’endroit mais moins sa climatisation ! C’est une adresse à recommander.

Excellent restaurant, situe dans un ancien entrepot. L'ambiance est tamisee et intime a l'interieur, chaleureuse a l'exterieur.
La nourriture est bonne et fine. On peux y manger a moindre cout car ils font assez souvent des reductions (50% sur les sushis et cocktails).
