A hotel built on stilts offering charming, comfortable rooms with a splendid view of Lac de l'Ouest.

Once the phoenix on the shores of West Lake, it was home to Soviet and Cuban advisors in a secluded, bucolic setting that is now but a memory. Today, the Thang Loi is outclassed by the new establishments of the major international chains Intercontinental, Sheraton and Sofitel that form its neighborhood. The hotel, built on stilts, retains an exceptional location, a certain charm and offers comfortable rooms with a splendid view of the West Lake. There's also a swimming pool, tennis courts and even a golf practice range.
