Excellent location for this small hotel on a quiet street in the Old Quarter, within easy reach of all the city's tourist attractions. Ideal for strolling through the historic heart of Hanoi. Beautiful, well-equipped rooms (wifi access). Helpful and competent staff. Excursions can be organized. Very good value for money. To be recommended in this category.

L'hôtel est relativement bien isolé mais je vous conseille d'éviter les deux derniers étages, assez bruyants dès le petit matin.
Les chambres sont assez spacieuses, très propres, bien agencées et comportent tout le nécessaire. Le service de blanchisserie est très apprécié.
Bon petit-déjeuner, aussi bien asiatique qu'occidental. Large choix de produits. Lors de votre arrivée matinale, vous vous verrez d'ailleurs offrir un bon café ainsi qu'une salade de fruits.
Le service de transport hôtel / aéroport est satisfaisant (excellente ponctualité, prix correct quoi qu'un peu cher).
Le personnel est aimable et agréable. Il parle bien anglais et l'un de ses managers, Antoine, s'exprime également dans un excellent français ! Tous les employés font leur maximum afin que leurs clients passent un bon séjour.
C'est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour dans la cité d'Hanoï que j'aime tant !
