Since 2001, our agency has been organizing original tours of 9 countries in Southeast Asia: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Burma, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bali and Yunnan. Des amis m’avaient recommandé votre agence et je leur en suis très reconnaissant. Par la présente, je tiens à vous féliciter pour la qualité de votre prestation. Sur la base des quelques informations que je vous ai communiquées, votre conseillère Terasa a entièrement répondu à mes attentes et ceci dans des délais particulièrement courts. Lorsque, par la suite, j’ai suggéré quelques modifications et adjonctions, la réponse a été pratiquement immédiate, complète et positive.
Le voyage que vous avez organisé a été en tous points parfait : nous avons apprécié l’itinéraire proposé, la grande qualité et le service exemplaire des hôtels. Les chauffeurs et guides que vous avez choisis étaient de grands professionnels, sympathiques, ponctuels et à disposition. - de découvrir cette magnifique région,

- de réaliser quelques randonnées qui nous ont permis de mieux découvrir les villages isolés au fond des rizières,
