The most famous beach of Vietnam, known worldwide. All white sand, it stretches for about ten kilometers between the Son Tra peninsula and Non Nuoc. It is there that in 1968 the GI's landed. Today, the beach is frequented by the inhabitants of Dà Nang, who often start the day with a sport session and end it on a deckchair, sipping a beer, nibbling dried cuttlefish and watching the sea. The beach is also popular with water sports enthusiasts. The place is beautiful. But beware: big waves! The sea is quite dangerous and there are several drownings every year.
