Colorful temple dedicated to Quan Công, a famous Chinese military general who lived towards the end of the century AD.
Built in 1653, this colorful temple is dedicated to Quan Công (Guan Yu), a famous Chinese military general who lived towards the end of the 2nd century AD. Praised by the Chinese and Vietnamese communities, he is a symbol of loyalty, sincerity, integrity and justice. The statue of this hero stands on the altar at the rear of the shrine, surrounded by his two faithful guards. Two horse sculptures pay tribute to the mounts that accompanied the general on his campaigns. At the rear, a pretty pagoda dedicated to the goddess Quan Âm.
